Taking Your Beardie out to socialize?

Hi! I was just wondering how long is a safe amount of time to have my beardie out of their enclosure and heat lamps to play and be social. My beardie was very very hostile when i adopted him from his last owners as they never held him but he LOVES to be out now that he’s gotten used to it. He even enjoys eating on the coffee table. I’m just afraid of having him out for too long and don’t want to harm him. I’ve had him out for approximately an hour max this far.

I make sure they have time under the lights and UVB if they have eaten for a couple of hours to digest. Then it's when they find a corner to sleep or they feel cold.
