So I'm about to purchase a juvenile bearded dragon and I have reptile carpet in the tank as of right now, but I was just curious if there were other recommendations for substrate. I hear tile is good be amuse it helps keeps their nails trimmed. I would be feeding my lizard in this tank as well. Any suggestions, please let me know!

tile is fine. You can also use paper towels.

Tile is fantastic and is super easy to clean as well.. You want to avoid any loose substrate as they hold in bacteria, gets smelly, can be an eye irritant, can get in their nostrils.
