Stuff in nose?

Oscar, my one year old bearded dragon, has got some dark crusty looking stuff in his nose. It doesnt seem to be affecting his breathing, and it also doesnt really seem to be obstructing it. I'm just checking with others who know beardies a heck of a lot better than I do, since oscar is my first. Please let me know what you guys think
