Softening scales?

My dragon, Papyrus, has some scales that are going pale, and in the bath they go soft and they seem to be tender. I’ve also noticed she’s been really active lately and the soft scales are present on areas she usually rests or lands on. I need help figuring out what’s causing this to happen. The locations of the soft spots include:
Her elbows, her knees, the palms of her hands, a couple random spots on her beard, and certain parts of her tail
Anyone have any ideas?

Is the tile course? Rough? I am not a expert on medical so I want you to take these pics and post them on this website there are people on that forum that have lots of experience and will tell you what to treat w/ ---- www.beardeddragon.org
