Hey, I’ve noticed recently that there has been some discoloration of scales on my bearded dragon’s stomach and feet. The worst is on one of her back feet. I’m not sure if it is scale rot or something else, but I don’t know how she would have gotten it. I keep her tank clean (it’s a 75 gallon with tile flooring), and she has proper lighting. She has the tendency to run though her poop which is a pain, and I noticed the discolored scales during a bath I gave her this morning. Does it look like scale rot?

Scale rot?

Sorry for replying late! Since posting this, nothing has gotten worse and she’s acting normal, but the spots are still there, I was never able to wash them off. Im assuming they’re harmless. Also, wait really? I’ve tried sexing her (him?) multiple times and I’ve never been quite sure if I was seeing the hemipenal bulges or not. I had just settled on female because she has more of the female personality characteristics. I’ll attach some more photos
