Hello, I read that alfalfa, cactus pad, cactus pear, collard greens, dandelion greens, endive, mustard greens, etc. are all safe for a dragons diet. Would these as plants be safe for decorative purpose as well?

Yes all of these plants are as far as I know safe for bearded dragons. All of these plants you can plant in a bioactive tank but your bearded dragon might eat them all! But with some of the plants the heat may be too much and they might die.
