Hi all! I just took in a baby (few months old?) Beardie today. Her owners got evicted and had to give her up.

She seems healthy and alert. I have her in a 20long tank with UVB and heat.

Offered small crickets and some veg but she's not eaten yet.

Any advice to make sure she acclimates okay? Any idea on her morph/color?

Thanks :)

She looks like a normal bearded dragon. May take a few days for her to acclimate to her new surroundings. You could try covering 3 sides of her tank to help her feel more secure.

Thanks for the info! She's eaten some crickets and carrots and red pepper. Pooping normal and very active now.

Glad to hear that she has started eating for you.. under several of our comments you will find a great link for a food guide on what is good for daily to be fed items and it's the most extensive list that we have found..
