quick uvb question

since my UVB is inside my tank now with nothing separating them like a screen or anything, would i be able to use a T5 HO 5.0 bulb now? cause i remember being told you need to use a 10.0 because of it laying on the screen

That is right, you should be able to use the 5.0 bulb.

Yep as long as it is not sitting on the screen you can use the 5.0

How far does the T5HO with a reflector hood on top of a fine mesh need to be from my dragon? My tank is 36..18..18... I have his basking spot about 12 inches from the light right now but i was thinking He is actually closer since he can raise up his head so far..Thanks
