So in about mid January I got a bearded dragon which hatchlinh size and morph unknown but as of right now I don't know if this is normal but it is a little over 8 inches and doesn't look like a juvenile version, weight is unknown, and I can't tell sex even though it will be 6 months and it hasn't shed as much as I intended, is this normal? Also the size of the enlosure is 9X18 and I have correct lighting.

8 inches sounds small for a juvenile. Unless you know the hatch date, it's only a guess on how old it is. Practicing good husbandry as they are growing ensures a healthy good sized dragon. Improper lighting and not enough protein could make even a 2 year old look like a 2 month old.
