Hello, is there any way to slow down Phoenix worms from turning into flies?

No they have a cycle, maybe keep them up n colder temps? Putting them in ur fridge will kill them…

I think they need specific conditions for it. So, don't keep them in those conditions I guess? Try keeping it cooler than 80 degrees Fahrenheit

Never mind, they'll probably still become flies. I learned from experience a few minutes ago :/

Try feeding less and keeping under cold temps. Feeding less may help or it may just kill them, it is a natural cycle not to sure if the process can be altered.

Yes keep them around 50-60 degrees will give you a few extra weeks.
I keep mine in an old wine cooler.
