Phoenix Worms?

Is it good to use Phoenix worms as the staple insect? I’d get bsfl and crickets every so often as well. My beardie is 6 months! If I do use the Phoenix worms; do I need to dust them with vitamin powder still? I’ve read they have enough calcium that I don’t need to use that powder. Any advice helps, thanks!

I just realized that bsfl and Phoenix are the same thing after doing some more research! But still not sure if I need to use vitamin powder or D3 with these!

Hey, you don’t need to dust BSFL with calcium but regarding the multivitamins / D3 if you’re giving this twice a week (on only one feeding per day) you could just dust the crickets with it. Have you considered getting Dubia Roaches? They have more protein than crickets, are cleaner, don’t smell and don’t make noise. A much better feeder in a lot of peoples humble opinion :)

I can’t seem to find roaches anywhere in my city, so I was going to switch to Phoenix worms instead! I can dust those with Vitamins with d3 twice a week? I’d be using supers and crickets once In a while too.
