Need to Re-home Bearded Dragon

Moving out of state and cannot take my beardie with me. Her name is Phoenix and she is not quite a year old yet. Comes with everything in the pic. 40 gallon front opening tank and all accessories. There is a re-homing fee associated with Phoenix.
