In order to determine gender, you have to lift up the tail!

Also, if the bumps are not really evident yet, you can take your dragon into a dark room, (I used the bathroom) and shine a flashlight from through the tail from the top, and you shold see the same shapes as shadows. That was how I found out my Drago was really a Nessie.
