my girl never plays, how can i get her to have fun

[Bad Decision]

i have a one year old citrus leatherback bearded dragon, when i take her out, all she does is peer at me and flick her tongue, every once and a while she will scamper about a foot but that's it. is she having fun? or is she just bored, also, she is very lazy, she usually doesn't walk for more than 2 feet.
