Missing scales

Does anyone know what this could be, it’s on his armpit and the inside of his arm. It didn’t bother him to touch but the skin has gone smooth like the scales have fallen off?

I was going to recommend the same thing she said
Maybe try some raw honey but if there's no improvement after a while you can have a vet look at it. Make sure there are NO crickets in the tank tho -- they will go straight for the honey
