Id stay away from pork.
beef, chicken are all okay and have personally fed, try to feed meat that has some fat to it (not too much though) and most people dont feed any skins, scrambled eggs seems to be a favorite among beardies.

Everything i find says NO on fish,….. idk why though, usually a dragon wouldn’t be eating fish in the wild, so it makes sense.

Boiled eggs?I've read that some animals eat boiled eggs with the shell and all.

Eggs are fine just don't use any cooking oils or seasonings of course. Not too often but good for extra protein.

I have seen several tegus eat boiled eggs, if it was my beardy id remove the shells though, they get enough calcium, and idk what thatd do their digestive track :0
