from that pic it looks like a male, you can see the 2 hemipenes just. A female would just have the single bump. Unless you have a clearer pic, thats my guess

This picture is not the angle to be able to tell.. You need to place them on a flat surface and lift the tail backwards to the head (gently and not too far)

You need to hold him in one hand and gently pull his tale back with the other 2 bumps on the tail near the vent is a boy and one is a girl. The other thing you can do is in the same position (you may need help) take a flashlight and shine it through, you will be able to see the reproductive organs and tell if it's a boy or a girl.
