Lighting questions

Hi,

I just ordered this UVB for a 40 gallon breeder tank. Just want to make sure I got the right thing.
Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 HO T5 UVB Lamp, 24 W, 22 L

Also, I am looking for an inexpensive fixture. Can I just get a regular fluorescent light fixture from Home Depot or Lowe's?
