LIGHTING HELP NEEDED

I am setting up my Vivarium and have purchased the Exo Terra light unit.

I have fitted the lights and unit but when I plug it in, it comes on for 1 second then goes off.

Any help with this please??

Ballast might be bad. I would contact the company, they should have a warranty on it and replace it.

I know the ZooMed lights have a 1 year warranty. When I first ordered mine, one of them started flickering real bad. I emailed the company and they just asked for a copy of my receipt (since I ordered online I was able to go to the site and print it off) and they sent me a whole new one for free and told me to keep the old one.
