Been reading the posts on here and just trying to get more insight,
I keep seeing recommendations of using unpasteurized honey , but would raw honey be acceptable too?
Reading online shows the raw honey keeps the natural things in it like bee pollen etc, where the unpasteurized is filtered but just not heated much .
So I'm wondering if the raw honey would be perfectly fine to use to if needed?
