Hi. This is my forst post. I have a 4 year old beardy thes going through shedding. I gave him a bath that helped the process. But around the base of the tail it's taking longer. Today he lunged back and bit / ripped a piece of skin off and it left a damp spot about the size of a penny. Is this normal behavior? What do I do to help the area heal without getting an infection?
