Help me set up please

Six foot long where show I place uvb and basking lamp. One on each end I just heard that was wrong. So I have questions! I guess the old enclosure have been wrong this whole time. We are about 1.5years old

The basking light should not be any closer than 6" and surface basking temps should be 95-100 taken w/ a digital probe thermometer - what is the brand and bulb of the UVB- it is usually suggested the UVB and basking bulb be in the same area but not necessary - the dragon will go to the light he needs - you want a good reputable UVB not all UVB's are good ones- the dragon looks good - also the UVB bulb needs to be changed out every 10-11 months for a T 5 bulb
