Heating pad with thermostat

Does anybody have any insight on these? Are they good to help maintain tank temp? Are they safe to keep on all the time? Having issues keeping the cool side up to around 75 during the night.

Temps at night can be 65-75 ambient -- if you need heat and these are good to have or if your dragon ever gets sick a ceramic heat emitter needs to be in a dome w/ a ceramic socket on top of the tank placed in the center - please no heat mats they are not really good as dragons heat from their backs not stomachs --- che's are heat only and have no light -
