She just took a jump off my daughters shoulder. Scared the heck out of us. Hopefully she learned her lesson and won’t do that again.

Please keep your hand over their backs when you are carrying them around

Yeah we usually do. We’re trying to get her more socialized and moving around. And letting her get more trusting. After, she ran back to my daughter and snuggled in her neck. Guess she scared herself. She was acting like she was calm on her shoulder

Thank you. We’re very happy she’s doing so well. Eating machine lol
I know it, my Murphy is the same age as yours I believe. They are the same length and look the same size. I think he'd eat crickets till he exploded.if I let him!! His belly gets so big I'm afraid to give him more that like 12 or 15 at a time. He has his choice of dubias all day sometimes he eats all of them but usually there is like one or two left in the bowl when I get home from work. He gets crickets which he absolutely LOVES for dinner

Funny ours only eats crickets if she’s starving. Loves her dubia and hornworms

is it normal at 6 months to sleep a lot? She’s still growing like crazy but sleeps all day. We take her out and she’s fine but spends a lot of time in her cave sleeping. Also not eating as much as she was. Thanks

No she should be active and basking--- they will nap under their basking lights but not in the cave seems odd - what kind of UVB are you using and what are the surface basking temps? If they are 105-110 its going to be too hot for her now -- drop them to 95-100 and are you using a digital probe thermometer to get them ?
