Hi there.. I wrote on a yahoo answers site to ask for a food list..I got a pretty in depth list of food that I should feed, daily, occasionally, rarely, and never. But some of the things listed were put under all 4 categories. Could someone or maybe a number of ppl add to ..start a food list under the categories of daily, occasionally, rarely, and never. I will post the list I have gotten off of the other site and I would love feedback, criticisms of this list. Thanks a bunch..heres the list...

but yeah that is the most comprehensive list on the net for ok to feed foods and their breakdowns of nutrients.

thnaks ..today I gave her collard greens sweet potato and butternut squash and a little parsley...and she loved it Ive never seen her go after veg like that..good stuff

im confused about the spinach, its located in the never section as well as the feed occasionally?

It feels wrong to me to see mealworms on the never feed list. That's wildly inaccurate. They may not be a staple always feed daily resource, but certainly they are not on the never feed list.
