Foam mouth?!

Please help me. My little Gregory has some kind of foam around his mouth this is unusual for him. I have had him for over 8 years and I have never seeen this before I don’t know what to do please help me ;(

When he opens his mouth a see a meal worm inside should I try to take it out what do I do. I don’t want him to have pain D;
