our beardie has been running from me yesterday and today as I try and take him from his cage. Before that I could just pick him up from any spot in his aquarium. Today I added the hammock. I had the lid off and was talking to him and he BOLTED. He got half way over but luckily I got him. Is he needing out more? Is he not happy with his environment? What would becreadins he doesn’t want to be handled now?

Have you been using a different perfume or hand soap or something? It's possible you could smell different to him.
