Hello, female bearded dragons can lay without a male they just won't be fertilized and therefore cannot hatch.

A female can start to lay eggs as young as 10 months but she can lay sooner if kept with a male. But that is not advised as it is very bad for the female and can cause stunted growth, egg bound, and more.
