Hello oh sage forum members who can help me.

So, I just received a shipment of Dubias (500) and I think they are too big for my Sophie. They are 3/4" inches. I've attached some photos for reference. And here is a link https://www.dubideli.com/products/nymph-size-3-4-approximate for the size I received.

And, if anyone happens to know anything about leopard geckos, I could use some help there too. My gecko, a rescue just like Sophie, is supposedly able to eat insects the size of her head??? (at least from what I've read, there's not much out there on geckos). However, I think these roaches are way too big. My gecko is teeny tiny and fragile looking.

I know for Beardies, the Dubias should be fed what fits between the Beardie's eyes. This seems to be pushing it.

I tried to take a good picture of Sophie with a roach but she kept eating it. Sophie is becoming a big girl. She seems to absolutely love them and just chews them a bit before she swallows them. Is it safe enough? She does love them and, ugh, I have 500.

If not, anybody in central Virginia want to come buy them?

Thanks all. I very much appreciate this site.

PS - as mentioned, I'll take any advice on my gecko too. :)

Sophie can eat those fine in fact she will probably eat more because they can actually be a size up I am thinking - its the length wise of the dragons eyes - as far as the gecko have not a clue - maybe some one else can help - I think maybe Skybug ---- no experience w/ geckos -

Those roaches are super tiny lol, I totally agree with sadie , as for your gecko can u put one up to its head, geckos do have pretty strong jaws , and are pretty hardy compared to other lizards , if hes a juvenile he should be able to handle them, but if hes a baby id need to see a picture. Ive only owned one leopard gecko and it was some time ago, but i do have a adult male tokay and a baby crested gecko currently (even tho they are “true” geckos and i don’t consider a leopard gecko to be a “true” gecko more of a lizard) leopard geckos are really easy compared to my tokay lol
