Dilly has a darker tail towards the end and I have noticed it for about 2 weeks.

Should I be concerned?

Looks fine. Sometimes part of the tail gets darker. Not sure why, maybe because it's colder? Anyway, if it was black or shrinking or getting crusty then you need to worry, but this is normal.
