Concerns about amount of crickets

Hello there!
It's third week that I'm keeping bearded dragon 4mo and probably as most of you had concerns and questions I do have them now and willing to be a good keeper.

So, 4 months old beardy and his diet now is 7-10 crickets a day. I bought 50-70 frozen crickets, put them on a napkin for 10-15min and after that feed, 2 times a week with ZooMed Calc+D3. Crickets size is from 1.5cm to 2.5cm - they are not micro/small.
Also, there're fresh chopped pumpkin, salad and carrots green leaves every day. Refresh water every morning.
I'm going to buy 50 more live crickets, feed them with carrot, green apple and salad for day or two.

So I'm worried is that enough for not a baby but growing bearded dragon?

He really should be eating more, id get 100, next time you get them put them in a bucket with some potato carrot lettuce to gut load them and keep them healthy , he should be going through atleast 20 a day, can u post a picture of his hips and a pic of his belly.

I live in Estonia, but we do have here a various breeders so it's not a big problem.
Thank you for your advice and that's was so fast!
I'll give him full 10 tomorrow after 2 hours after lights are on and probably few extra for lunch

I would do 30-35 a day. This is enough and it’s about the cheapest if you want to save money but cut it of at 80 a day

Hey, it all sounds pretty good for me, but maybe cut down on the crickets each feeding time, and make feeding more than 2 times a week. You want a healthy and moderatly-sized dragon, but not a malnourished-looking thin one. You also don't want to feed large amounts every feeding time, as your dragon with become obese over time.

Good response but you want to be feeding at least 30 appropriately sized cricket s per day. I do 15 in the morning greens for lunch and then 15 in the afternoon

As many as he can eat in a fifteen minute time period is usually a good amount.

You want to do this twice a day.

Thanks for your response! I feed him every morning every day and 2 times a week I dust crickets in Calc+D3, so "2 times a week" was about supplements :)

Hey there again!
I bought new pack of crickets (8-10mm) and now feed him 20 in morning and 20 after lunch plus pumpkin and salad.
Here you can find new photo of him and also his weight is 73 gramms, 4.5 months old.
So, I wanted to ask once more - how is it going now? How does he look - skinny/fatty or it's his expected condition?
Thank you a lot!
