T.L.D.R: Im not feeding this as a staple, or even a significant amount, maybe a couple licks? , what do you all think? (I would’ve posted this on the gecko forums, but they’re kinda judgmental over there, and i think this is more of a BD question anyway)

So ive had my crested gecko for a couple months now (hes very healthy no parasites or any illnesses, I always quarantine my animals for some time before they get in their enclosures) he’s readily eating his diet, and some crickets here and there, but he always leaves a fair amount in his little dish, so this morning i held the dish to stefferns face to see if id get a reaction, and she was very interested, taking several licks (I believe i mixed the mango, banana and regular MRE) i was wondering what you all think? Would that be a bad thing to do going forward? I looked at all the ingredients and Its very good stuff, i dont see any reason to not let her have a little smoothie in the morning with her bugs? Any thoughts?

I would think if there isn't anything in it that bd can't eat, then you would be fine, I'd give it rather than waste it for sure,
LOL judgmental gecko owners

If all the ingredients are completely safe, I don't see why not. I just wouldn't feed it daily unless the ingredients are good staples
