Hey all,
How old should your Beardie be before you start feeding them BSFL?
And is Phoenix Worms really the best?

Pretty sure you can feed them from the beginning, as they come in sizes.
My understanding is that they are the best at helping prevent MBD (as long as other factors are up to par) because they are loaded with calcium.
They still need a variety though, so that's why dubias or crickets and horn/silk/super worms.

You can feed them BSFL now. They are small and loaded with calcium so there is no need to dust them with calcium. Another thing you might want to look into is Resashy grub pie. Beardies love them and can be used as a back up feeder. It is important to introduce your beardie to veggies now as well if your not right now
