Best kind of homemade beardie harness?

Hey everyone! I was just wondering if anyone could help me out. I love taking Loki outside, but sometimes he dashes off suddenly and I'd definitely feel safer with a harness on him. Does anybody have any tips on how to make a quick beardie harness out of household materials? I have some yarn, some hot glue and a few types of fabric. I'm sure I can get something to work out

I just want to make sure it's comfortable, secure, and safe.
