beardie still in brumation?

Hey guys,
leo is still in an out of brumation is this normal? It is pretty cold in mass. the basking area is at 92 and the cool side is at 80.

Same problem here but I'm in NE GA. Tenos the past week have warmed to the mid to upper 70s. Its spring and hes been bruminating for 4 months!
