Fhard to tell from your pictures, need cllear picture of nails and eyes. Looks like it might be hypo if nails are clear. Hard to tell from low res pictures.

Really pretty dragon, not a leatherback though. Color may be a citrus Tiger (that's really however the breeder calls them)
