At the bottom of my post there is a link to general care and set up. The things that stick out right away are the temp gauge. Those stick on ones are good for fish but not for dragons. You need to be able to check the temps right in the basking spot and on the cool side. Something stuck to the side of the tank is only going to measure the glass. The easiest thing to get is an infrared temp gun. They need a basking spot of 107 degrees and a cool side of around 80. At night the temp in the whole tank should drop but not below 65 degrees. If it gets colder, you'll need a CHE to warm up the tank, but keep it under 70 degrees. A CHE emits heat but no light. You don't want to use any kind of light that has color to it.

Your UVB needs to cover at least 1/2 of the tank, the best way to achieve this is with a tube style UVB bulb. A T5 fixture and bulb can be set on top of the mesh but a T8 size needs to be mounted inside the tank at the highest point over your dragons head.

It's hard to really see her in the photo. The temp guns are only like $10-15 at the hardware store. If the temps in the basking spot aren't high enough, dragons won't eat or they will eat but won't be able to digest their food properly and either throw it up or become impacted. Lack of proper UVB will cause MBD. MBD can be stopped once it starts but the problems caused from it cannot be fixed, so hopefully you can get the proper UVB bulb soon.

ok I can get the gun but I can't get the if b bulbs and what is a CHC bulb and we really do not have the money right now we will get taxses soon and should I have a reptile fountain in her tank because she dose not drink from it at all so once in a while we have her drink from a tiny cup though it is cute it is worrying. ps I will keep you updated on how she is doing.

I would remove the fountain as it just raises the humidity in the tank and increases the risk of upper respiratory issues. They get the moisture that they need from the live foods that they eat like bugs and greens/veggies.. You should be bathing your dragon 1-2 a week this also can be a way for them to drink water off their nose or actually drinking the water, it also can be where they get stimulated to go to the bathroom..
A CHE is Ceramic Heating Element this is used if the tank temps get below 65F at night this gives off heat with no light. Getting the tube UVB for sure needs to be your first priority for sure, as they have to have proper lighting to be healthy.
