Are isopods good feeders for beardies?

My local petsmart had some dairy cow isopods and I was wondering if this is a good feeder for beardies? Dubias still freak me out.

You can use silk worms bsfl or crickets I am not sure about isopods let me check

Isopods are good in calcium but they are more for clean up crew then anything for bioactives etc I have them in my tank she hunts them for a good snack haha a better feeder are Dubia roaches isopods have more uses then most feeders

Those should be OK, but I'd include them as part of a rotation in order to ensure some variety in the overall diet
