I'm planning on getting a beardie in the future, and am currently in the process of planning out my tank (L 48in W 18.5in H 21in). I've got some things written down, but I'm not sure if they'll work or if there's something better. I appreciate all feedback :D

For my lighting, I'm thinking that I'll have this bulb (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00101JII8/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20) alongside this lamp (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000QFVYEU/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20) for basking. Then for UVB for the rest of the tank, the bulb (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AQU8HAO/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20) and the fixture (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079VN5YCM/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20). I don't know if another lamp with a smaller bulb instead of the T5HO. The top of the tank will be a screen top.

For the flooring, I plan on using Reptile Carpet (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000MD6JKK/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20). Somewhere, I'd like to put a hammock (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B013T6XPVC/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20), and some branch, I found this one (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MXHPG0Y/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20). Even though it's not required, I hope I can teach him/her to drink from a water bowl (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000QFR6J2/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20). There's also a cheap cave that I found (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001OVD6QO/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20), there's probably better though.

I've also got a thermometer, humidity, vitamin powders, etc written down, I'm just making sure the tank will be sufficient.

Thank you!

Exciting stuff! Planning all of this out when we got our first ones was actually fun and exciting. I will say you are thinking of just about everything.
Our first tank was about that size and we out grew very fast. We ended up building a custom that was 60"x24"x24". After a couple of months we ended up building another for our big male(Flynn). That one is 80"x30"x24".
We use T5 lights in both of our enclosures with 39w halogen bulbs for heat. T5 fixtures are mounted inside and work good that way. They say the T5 will be okay through a screen because of how much better it is but..
We also use the ceramic tile flooring in both. Easy cleanup and also helps keep their nails trimmed. Be sure to get some good climbing stuff. Flynn loves to have elevation to play with. A good variety in the diet is key. A good mix with calcium, veggies, and fruits. Be sure to read on which ones. We have a list posted with goods and bads and how much.
Do some reading and don't be afraid to ask questions. Check into vets in your area to have some in mind just in case. We're going through a hurt elbow on Flynn, he's a daredevil and made a big jump. He's right at 1 1/2 lbs so he makes a good splash when he lands. Vet said the x-rays all looked good but he probably bruised it real bad.
Good luck! Post some pics
