    Leashes: Good or Bad?

    I walk my girl outside almost daily during the warmer times of the year. I don't only do it so she gets exercise (which is wonderful for her), but I want her to get normal UV rays also - much healthier for her. When she is outside, the moment the "warmies" touch her seams to instantly force the...

    Seems bloated

    Definitely check the temps and UV bulb. Have you changed it every 6 months? Temps definitely need to be right for digestion. I tend to shower mine in the tub every other day. The gentle running of water on her lower backside triggers the desired result...pretty much every time - bowel...

    Sorry, I too get VERY sidetracked on facebook...especially since I've joined the dragon forums!!! Glad you received some constructive direction. I really hope it is successful for you and your baby :) ....and, yes, keep us posted!!!!

    Bearded dragon poop!

    I agree with Mamaof2dragons. Definitely research the correct foods for your dragon....we've all been there. And it really would not hurt to take a trip to the vet...just to insure everything is ok. Try to limit the fruits as dragons don't digest sugars well, however you can include prickly...

    Help me -> rescued dragon

    "Salad" greens is one word I'd stay away from. Salad is not a good choice for dragons. Definately get a good book on specific greens to feed your dragon for good health and nutrition.

    Absolutely adorable! We refer to ours as "princess". We don't dare use the word DRAGON!!!! Ours sleeps in a sleeper......too? hahahaha

    Are you on facebook? if so, please join the AnimalEO facebook group with Melissa Sheldon, DVM. There are people on there that will definitely help you with the oils....I know what I know...for me and my pets, but there are those on that site that would have much broader knowledge. I have...

    Bearded Dragon Age

    Like your cage.... How about consider getting a hammock....that way if your critter needs the extra heat he can climb up closer to get warm. I set my heat near enough yet not on top...as it gets too warm and my beardie really likes to relax in the hammock. Consider trying fresh veggies...

    Suddenly Aggressive Dragon

    Our princess....oh, I mean beardie....well, if she doesn't get out regularly is not a happy camper. She lives in our family room where she gets plenty of activity...both in the cage and out. We also play the tv /or radio (on low) for her and the dogs when we are gone. Gives them something to...

    Paralyzed? Please advise.

    Yes, our beardie is really my son's...but guess who really takes care of her :) When she was having her sickly period, my son took her to the vet....well, he took DASH and found out HE was a Dashell ....so now we have a female :) and ours is soooooo spoiled that we don't dare call her DRAGON...

    Need advice on setup and lighting choice

    Be sure to check your long hood lite....hopefully there is no plastic cover on it between the bulb and the beardie? I've read if you have plastic/glass, it will cut down the rays that your dragon is receiving. Don't forget to change every 6 months too. Oh, btw, I recently moved my long lite...
