from what I can see it looks like gout. my departed spike had it due to inadequate care from his previous owner, it was caused by to much calcium and not enough healthy greens. we treated with betadine soaks to his toes and a proper healthy diet and had to stop dusting with calcium for a while...
when my Stryker little she ran around like a crazy dragon eating all her crickets, making a mess in greens then when out of her viv she would explore and eventually come back to me and curl up and fall asleep. what your describing is normal for dragons.
when Stryker was a baby she would smell because she would crawl over her pooh. she would always pooh after I had left for work, so a messy girl she was.( not so much now 5yrs later) using just warm water didnt help so I found dr.bonners baby soap I would put a few drops in her bath and it worked...
she is expressing her dominance over the other female who is submissive. its weird I know but that's what's going on. you need to separate them as this behavior can lead to stress for the submissive beardie.
I would take him to a reptile vet and have him checked for parasites by doing a fecal smear. he is to young to brumate and parasites will make him act like he's brumating.
that's way bigger the a budgie egg!!! most reptiles that eat eggs do fine with digesting the shell as it has extra calcium in it. I would watch and see and call your reptile vet for more suggestions.
you should call your vet and see what they recommend. to my knowledge they dont usually eat birds eggs but I'm not sure if they do in the wild. how big was the egg? what kind of bird was it? if its was like a budgie/parakeet egg it should be ok as they are small eggs.
does she drink when you bathe her? you can try putting your fingers in the water and wriggling them around to make the water move, beardies dont like to drink from still water. otherwise your dragon looks normal.
you have a beautiful dragon. she is to young to fully brumate but, younger dragons slow down and eat less during the fall and winter months so that could be it. have you had her pooh checked for parasites yet?if not it needs to be done at least twice a year. usually before brumation in the fall...
that looks normal to me. as they age and shed sometimes there colors become more vibrant then when they were younger. but if your concerned take him to the vet for a check up.
