Wounds take a long time to heal.I use neat Tamodine on my dragon which promotes faster healing. You can buy it online. I used to dab it on twice daily.
Please take to the vet. They can aspirated on their vomit. Bearded dragons can become very sick so quickly. Hence suggesting the vets. We may have some knowledge but no where as experienced as a reptile vet.
