I attached vet picture. Our vet is excellent so he chilled patiently and calmly. When she drained the area he held still. We are just so relieved. He got a healthy check up otherwise.
We finally got in to see the doctor today. They think he hit it and created an abscess or hematoma. They drained it, gave antibiotics and pain meds. We are very relieved!
Bob is very playful. He loves to run laps, jump, etc. Yesterday he fell while playing and this morning I noticed a very swollen part of his tail. He had tail rot when we adopted him as a baby but no other health issues in four years. He eats well. He also has a wonderful personality. None...
