Good?

Hey guys this is my first post on this forum and am looking for any advice. I've spent a good week setting this up and trying to find the right price for things. I'm getting my beardie today and wanted any advice or extra insight on how my setup is. I'm worried there's too much light in it's hideout

The basking light is a 100 watt exoterra light and a 10.0 reptisun uvb bulb to the left side. I have a timer set at the outlet to make sure it turns off during the night if I'm at work or what not. This is my first bearded dragon and reptile in general so any information would help. Thank you guys.

P.S.
I'm also aware of the humidity and am working right now on getting it down. I know I just need good airflow to the tank and to make sure the lights are doing there job lol.
