It is possible for them to get too much calcium. Signs would be similar to having MBD. Too much calcium also causes kidney issues.
When I rescued Dolly I dusted everything with calcium, switched between with and without D3 because I didn't know what she had in the past. One day she pooped and the urate was this orange/pink color. I asked someone that was knowledgeable on dragon poop and they said it was a sign of too much calcium.
