I love watching my guys, even when they aren't doing anything I sit and watch them. They are better than watching TV, except the TV doesnt watch you back like they do. I love their little personalities ,they are both so different and love how they seem to grab onto things with their bellies. Yep, I think I'm smitten (tsk, and to think I was going to get another dog pfft)
Has anyone else noticed how they hold their breaths? at least, both of mine do it so I presume they all do. every so often they will hold their breaths for maybe 15-20 seconds. Im guessing,in the wild when hiding from predators they need to be as still as possible ,so its instinctive maybe. or perhaps they're thinking, 'there he is again, staring at us...maybe if he thinks im dead he'll go away'
Cant wait to see what they get up to next :)

I could watch mine for hours too! I have video cameras set up on both the girls and I can watch them do nothing all day long when I'm not home. They do breathe kinda funny. The go from breathing real fast to slow to stopping for a few seconds. I always think something is wrong with them LOL

Yep they are weird breathers. There are times when I'm like omg she's not breathing. and other times I'm like omg are you okay you're breathing so fast! I have really had to learn to not panic over small things because these creatures are so odd. haha
