Update: tail seems a little thicker and her head is starting to fill in. Definitely still sunken in but not as much. Sorry it's dark and she was sitting in her salad while eating it lol

Put a strip of packing tape around the inside of the bin like 1/2 way or 3/4 way up. They'll climb up to it but once they reach the packing tape they fall back down its too slippery.

This is a trick I've heard a few people say worked, you should be dusting your crickets/worms and if you use a Baggie like I do then you most likely have some calcium left in the Baggie. After I dust her insects and feed them to her I take the left over calcium powder and put it on her greens...
Feed him in a large plastic bin or bathtub so they can't hide anywhere. And roaches can't climb smooth surfaces so they won't be able to get away either.

I'm not sure if there's an exact like formula to compare the natural light to lamps? But where I live I've been watching the UV forecast and our UV index is averaging 9-10 currently so she's getting a TON of UVB outside. And I'll definitely get some probiotics I definitely didn't think about...
