If she cant pass it on her own you need to get her to the vet. You dont want it to break inside her. Hopefully one of the resident breeders on here have some suggestions though on how to help her without having to go to the vet. I dont know of any tricks other than what you did.

It doesn't look like it, but you are sure it isn't stuck on food or anything like that? If you are sure then I would suggest a vet appointment. It could be a virus or a fungus. Without seeing it first hand it is hard to tell.
You can use hot water bottles covered with a towel. We lose our power a lot due to snow. I used to have a power inverter with a deep cell battery. Would run all the tank lights for 24 hours. Make sure during this period you dont feed live food.
I'm sorry...you can't get a break. Just keep doing what you are doing. I would double or triple bag the ziplocks and put a light towel over it. That will be good for him for a while. If you use an empty bottle like Monique suggested you can even leave it in his tank. He will find it and curl up...
The meds would depend on what parasite (if any) are present.
Also...if you are going to use a pribiotic go with benebac or acidophilus. I wouldnt suggest a soy yogurt. Looking forward to seeing what the email brings.
